How we farm
Most prawn farming still runs on experience and eyesight. Ours runs on instruments and records.
Each pond carries its own sensors for dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity and temperature, logged around the clock. When a reading drifts, the team is alerted before the stock feels it.
What it means for you: fewer surprises in size, supply and quality.
Feed is dosed from biomass estimates and water temperature, not habit. Less waste on the pond floor, cleaner water, and a more uniform harvest.
What it means for you: consistent grading, batch after batch.
Every batch is tagged at harvest with its pond, its date and its water record. You receive that record with the shipment, ready for your QA file and your customers' questions.
What it means for you: an answer ready when an auditor or a diner asks where it came from.
Technology
Each pond reports dissolved oxygen, temperature, salinity and pH to one dashboard, with alerts to the farm team day and night. Buyers and partners can ask for the log behind any batch.

The farm

Post-larvae from screened hatcheries are acclimatised in a controlled nursery before they enter a grow-out pond.
Twelve lined ponds, each with its own sensors and its own aeration, so one pond's problem never becomes twelve.
Outgoing water is settled and treated before any of it leaves the farm, and reused where we can.
Harvests go from pond to ice to grading and packing on site, so the cold chain starts at the pond bank.
Lined ponds. Nothing seeps into the surrounding soil or groundwater.
Less water exchanged. Water that is measured and managed needs replacing less often.
Treated before release. Every litre leaving the farm passes through settling and treatment first.
We will publish numbers, not adjectives: water use and energy per kilogram, after the first full cycle.
